Linx beam seating was designed by Charlie Fowler a graduate of Chiltern University in Buckinghamshire in 2003. A unique system with wooden panels are connected via a locking steel and nylon mechanism and allows each panel to pivot around each other. This gives rise to numerous permutations and possibilities. The seat elements are manufactured from European Maple and can be stained to a standard range or to sample. The chairs can also be upholstered in a range of genuine or man made leathers. Linx is ideal for offices, reception areas, art galleries and museums and many other public areas. Manufactured in Lancashire and supported by a five warranty Lynx office chairs are normally available on a 4-6 week lead time and is manufactured according to the UK standards for office furniture and chairs

Accord Executive office chairs
This executive or conference chair was designed by the acclaimed designer Zooey Chew. It features a pleated upholstered seat and back in sympathy with the Eames Aluminium series chairs. The sling back style of the arms and chair permit a greater degree of comfort. The arm rests also have soft polyurethane arm pads and the base is polished aluminium 5 star as standard. Nylon or Soft castors are available, the latter for wood or hard floors. The seat tilt also locks in four positions. There is a high and medium back height option with this office chair. The Egg Chair
Now 50 years old the Egg chair has surged in popularity since the decision to use this chair and its sister the Swan chair in newly refurbished McDonalds hamburger restaurants. The Egg chair was designed by Arne Jacobsen (1902-1971) who was a Danish Architect and designer responsible for many landmark buildings such as the Royal Danish Embassy in Knightsbridge, St Catherines College in Oxford and The Raddison Hotel in Copenhagen for which the Egg and The Swan chair were designed for.The Raddison, then known as the SAS hotel, after the airline, was the first skyscraper in the history of Denmark. The building was fondly known as the glass cigar box. Jacobsen is also responsible for the infamous Keeler chair or no 7 chair which we offer on Café Reality as the Piazza Classic.

The S Office and reception Chair
Better known as the Panton chair named after its designer Verner Panton (1926-1998) has gained in popularity since its appearance in celebrity shows The F word with Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver’s “15” Restaurant. Verner Panton was considered to be one of Denmark’s greatest product designers working with plastics and fibreglass he created many futuristic designs although the styles were often very 60’s. Many of these furniture items are still in production now. After engineering training in Odense he then worked with Arne Jacobsen who designed the Egg chair and then started his own practice. AS well as the S chair which was one of the first stackable chairs Panton also designed a Cardboard House and a Plastic House.
The S chair is now a familiar site as a reception, office and dining chair more often seen in a gloss finish in fibre glass, polypropylene matt and gloss versions are also seen in the market place

With its seductive and curvaceous shaping Lola offers a surprising degree of reinforced comfort. This office chair is available as a four legged version consisting of steel tubular frames or as a steel circular base. The tubular frame version is also available as a two seater sofa. The Techno range of office and industrial chairs
These are chairs that are relevant to the industrial environment where considerations such as static control, hazards and resistance to contamination are of greater importance. Techno chairs are built to a high standard and are designed for rigorous use in heavy traffic areas. Sterile and ESD clean room chairs are fitted with a HEPA filter on the underside of the seat. Here the filter will prevent the movement of particles from the seat to the sterile area. Stools and bench chairs are provided with glides instead of castors for health and safety reasons. PU is an extensive range of polyurethane seating and has SATRA certificate for use for 24 hours for people weighing up to 150kgs. ESD chairs are part of the Techno range of chairs and are used when a static free environment is required this is provided through the use of special conductive fabric which have a very thin layer of carbon filament inside it and by coating the glides in a conductive polymer. The Techno range of chairs are produced in the UK and are available eon a 3-4 week lead time

Prime flip top beam seating
Available in static and with a flip up seat this system can be used in public and office areas and is offered in standard sizes in as two, three or four seater units with optional arms. The frame is black epc on steel as standard and the feet can be pre drilled to accept rawl bolts or other fixing to allow floor mounting or come as standard with floor levelling feet.
