The task posture office chair
As office chairs go the Task Posture has all the functions incorporated into the chair as standard. Increased support to the lower back area is achieved through a detachable lumbar pump. Simply pump are into a cushion embedded with in the chair to the required level. Air can be released through the pump as well. Independent seat tilt permits the user to increase and decrease the angle between the upper and lower parts of the body this will allow the user to sit at the ergonomically correct posture and promote blood circulation throughout the body. Amigo chairs are single shell heavy duty polythene shell chairs available in a number of vibrant colours. It can also be found on out operator chair section where we present the same chair with a swivel base. The arms are optional and the five star base is chrome plated. Height adjustment is achieved through a gas lift mechanism. Built on a solid beech frame these chairs are recommended for use in high traffic areas and in reception areas where a traditional and affordable solution is required,. Como is available in a single, and two seater option. The wooden frames can be polished to Oak, Maple or Cherry or are supplied in a natural finish, all at no extra cost. Upholstered from a comprehensive selection of tweeds, contemporary stretch fabrics, vinyl’s and hides Como is normally delivered within four weeks from order. The changing desk

Over the last 20 or so years several desk shapes have evolved mainly driven by changes in technology. At first the appearance of the CRT screen on the desk gave rise to health and safety legislation to help prevent eye strain caused by sitting too close to the screen. The Corner or Radial desk was produced to enable the screen to be placed in the corner of the desk, thereby permitting a greater distance between the eye and the screen. Raised floors and the increasing use are large open plan spaces gave rise to the Pentagon or 120 degree workstation desk. This desk allowed the user to position the screen in the centre of the desk and then use both sides of the desk for non computer work. This desk also allowed designers to plan more creative room arrangements. More compact layouts were produced using single and double wave desks with the VDU positioned on the side with the bulge.
Now that FST prevails there has been a move back to more linear schemes and this has lead to the growth of the bench system and is some cases a return to the rectangular desk. However Radial, Pentagon and Wave desks continue to sell despite of growth of flat screens partly due to relatively low cost differential between the different shapes and in part because of the extra desktop spece they provide

Maarten Baas
Born in 1978 in southern area of the  Netherlands Maarten is probably best known for his Smoke series of furniture. Various design classics are literally burn and then treated with transparent epoxy resin. A chandelier treated in this way was later exhibited in the Victoria and Albert Museum. Other pieces of this very successful range were also bought by the Groniger Museum and the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam. Pieces from this collection are all unique and handmade. In 2006 Maarten launched the Clay series of furniture. This furniture is made from synthetic clay and has a metal skeleton which strengthens the structure. Again all pieces are hand made and unique. Many pieces were designed for the new Gramercy Park Hotel in New York in 2006. Marten Baas continues his work in Eindhoven, Netherlands
