Tangent office furniture are based in Harlow, Essex and is part of a group the includes FFC office furniture in Keighley and Vector Office seating in Bristol Formed in 1989, Tangent launched one of the first bench systems, 80:80 in 2001. This system allows for a large capacity of cable management that includes distribution boxes and in some cases can obviate the need for floor boxes. Other ranges include Svelte a more simplistic benching system and Form a contemporary panel sided desk launched in February and designed by John Walsh The site in Harlow has a 45, 000 sq foot distribution centre and was a finalist for the FX design Awards in the UK.
