Simon Oliver the director of OCPSS contacted us to discuss plans for leading Marketing Indicia’s new office move of 80 personnel in to the historic area of Bristol’s Queens Square.
With adequate space for standard sized desks we were able to put forward a design proposal of double wave workstations with cantilever leg from the Avalon range. The Avalon range is a good choice for a medium to large scale project as it is available in a number of finishes and has various leg options. This Avalon range remains competitively priced compared with other ranges without compromising in any way on durability and robustness giving the client piece of mind. We were able to create some special sized meeting ends which were fitted on each desk bank offering space for printers and other electrical devices.
Keeping to retro theme furniture the design classic range was Charles Eames Style rocking chairs and the Eames soft pad chair for the breakout areas. These types of chairs however would not have been suitable for the general office as they required something a little more lightweight and practical we therefore supplied 80 mesh back Bisoto chairs. White boardroom tables from the new X2 range were chosen for the boardroom and we fitted these with Horizon cable management solutions. We cannot take credit for the artwork at the end of the office which spells out the company name Indicia smashing through a brick wall – this stunning art work was created by local graffiti artists reflecting Bristol’s interesting and diverse graffiti scene. The duo remain anonymous however so we cannot give them accreditation in this article....remind you of anyone else from Bristol?!
