This chair designed by Paul Brooks is suitable for multi task activities. The wide back and seat provide support to the user whatever the range of the sitting positions. A synchronized seat and back are provided as standard. The back can be released in free float mode providing constant support to the back. The back rest can also be locked in a number of positions. The forward seat slide mechanism offers 60mm of extra depth to the seat which give greater seat support to taller users. There are two arm options a fixed arm with 50mm width adjustment and a multi purpose height adjustable arm. The height adjustable arm offers 100mm of height adjustment and 50mm of width adjustment, it can also be rotate 15 degrees outward and 30 degrees inward.
The optional head rest is adjustable to 150mm in height as well as offering rotational and angle movement.
There is also an optional coat hangar which can be added to the back of the chair providing a convenient place to hang jackets. Enigma can also be used as a conference chair with the replacement of castors for glides and a memory return function which allow the chair swivel to automatically return to the front position when not in use, thereby keeping the boardroom or conference room in an organized layout. The footstool is a welcome addition to the range, this can also have a memory return as on the conference chair. The seat is contoured for added comfort and can be provided in matching or contrasting fabric options.
