Established in 1953 when the first drafting table was invented by Bruno Ferrares. The table offered height and angle adjustment in a single movement and became the market leader over the next few years. The resulting products which included mobile pan chests, mobile filing cabinets and multi drawer units and vertical plan chest enabled the Company to become one of the leading manufactures of drawing office furniture in the world. In 1969 collaboration with the notable designer Joe Columbo resulted in the Boby Trolley which is still sold and exhibited in the New York museum of modern Art.
