We have been supplying increasing numbers of boardroom and meeting room tables that have services supplied to the table top. This has either been as an addition to a new table or in some cases we have attended site to work on existing tables. Clearly we prefer the former however some tables are of a bespoke design and constructive from selected wood veneers and would therefore be expensive to replace. The most popular means of providing IT services is the Affinity through desk solution which essentially consists of a rectangular box with a spring operated flip top lid. Power, data, and voice requirements can be tailored to suit and the units are supplied as standard with a 3m lead and 13amp plug as standard. The Horizon module is a similar design but the top lifts clear to allow access from both sides. Standard configurations for the Affinity or Horizon units are 2-3 days, customised versions normally take 2-3 weeks
