Despite the economic downturn UK based office and contract furniture manufacturer Godfrey Syrett has increased its market share through the successful awards of Public sector contracts. This includes a recent award for the supply of office furniture to the Department of Trade and for the Deputy Prime Minister, the value of the contract is thought to be around £20 million. The Company is hopeful for its success in the reconstruction and redevelopment in Iraq and Afghanistan which it values at £3 million pa.
