The benefits of leasing office furniture Many of our clients have chosen to spread the payment of their office furniture over a 3 or 5 year period with a leasing package. This has a number of benefits. Most notably it reduces the immediate fiancé required when the office furniture element is part of a larger project and some elements of the project cannot be leased. Also for accounting purposes the lease can be designated as revue and not capital and therefore is not always seen on the balance sheet. The rental payments can also be offset against tax liabilities. It is also possible to add to the leasing contract as requirements change over the contract period.
