Staverton executive office furniture Staverton arose from a team of craftsman who were commissioned to refurbish a medieval hall in Dartington South Devon. After the work was finished the team formed a new Company Staverton Joinery in 1928. The second world war brought many lucrative MOD contracts, however just after the war in 1946 the factory was destroyed by a fire. After moving into a new premises and into the 60’s Staverton won many contracts from the Crown Suppliers and some of the top London Hotels. The 1980’s saw Staverton manufacturing contemporary office furniture for Dealing rooms in the City and some specialist contracts for clients in the Middle East. In 2002 Staverton went into receivership and was acquired buy the Logic office furniture Group. The factory was moved to Yorkshire alongside Logic’s office furniture factory a few years later.
